Emily Woodward Guffey

Ms. Guffey ("Emily") grew up in Eminence, Missouri, and moved to Rolla in 2001 after completing law school at Mizzou. She worked seven years under prominent Rolla attorney W.H. Thomas, Jr., and thereafter served four years as a staff attorney and managing attorney at Legal Services of Southern Missouri’s Rolla office. Emily then opened her own practice which she managed for six years before joining Williams Robinson Wiggins PC (formerly Williams, Robinson, Rigler & Buschjost, P.C.) in 2017. Her practice is focused on probate, estate planning, real estate and general civil litigation.

Emily has presented annually to community organizations on grandparents’ rights, guardianships and estate planning. She is a past board member of the Salvation Army and OAT and former member of the Kiwanis and Lioness clubs.

Emily enjoys fishing and traveling with her husband, Sean (Emily and Sean are picture here on the right). They have three children.
