Bank or credit card information will only be requested by us if you are a law firm client and you volutarily choose to make a payment plan for legal services through our payment portal. Any information given when you submit a question or request remains private. All information, particularly financial information provided through our client payment portal, is encrypted, transmitted, and stored securely using industry "best practices".

Visitor Logs. Our website servers automatically create log files documenting each visit to our website. These "visitor logs" allow us to make improvements to our website so that it is more useful and provides a better visitor experience. Visitor logs do not record the visitor's name, address, phone number, credit card numbers, bank information, or any other PII (see below regarding billing information). Rather, the logs contain only the following information:

• The IP address of the visitor's computer.
• The date of the visit.
• The time of the visit.
• The path taken through our web site.

• A list of pages viewed.
• Any errors encountered.

Communications for our payment processing system are only submittted by you and retrieved by us over a network connection protected with 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer ("SSL") encryption. You, however, are solely responsible for ensuring that the computer or device selected by you to access our website and payment processing system is itself secure and protected. You should never access our payment processing portal from a public computer or device unless you are confident that it is secure and is not infected with maware. You should never allow your login credentials to be stored on a public computer or device.

Children. You must be over the age of eighteen years to submit information to us using our website.

Corrections to Personal Data; Opting Out. Please contact us to (a) correct or update any PII we have that you state is erroneous, (b) opt-out of future communications from us or (c) request we take reasonable steps to remove your PII from our data files and records. Understand it may be impossible to immediately delete all PII because of its presence in backup files.

Client Services and Billing. If you are a law firm client, you may be required to sign an engagement agreement detailing the terms and conditions applicable to our services. Clients may use our payment portal to make payments for legal services. Clients may use our contact page to (a) request, cancel, or change an appointment, (b) ask us questions about the status of a legl matter, and (c) request additional information about our services. Details about our services, billing practices, refund policies (if applicable to our services) are set forth in our engagement letter of your written engagement agreement with us.

Disputes and Complaints. On the rare occassion when you may have a service or billing issue, dispute, or complaint, please contact us here.

Links to Other Sites. We may have links to other websites that do not follow the same privacy policies as we do. These other sites may also use cookies, collect data, and use the data in ways that we doe not.
